Alejandro Fasanini Octet

Through his music, dance and literature, Alejandro Fasanini,
a contemporary Tango artist from Argentina, gives his own personal unusual
broad-view account of the real world of Buenos Aires.
Fasaninis music develops a poetic approach of a never-ending
quest and proposes intimate answers to the question many ask themselves:
What is Tango?
He shows us how it is still possible to write about Tango in a different
way, and that Buenos Aires is a way of life.
The place where each and everyone of us has his or her own street
light where to take our sorrows, and how through Tango one can live
the most authentic passions, when words have become meaningless, but
not only.
Tango is also the communion of two bodies locked in an embrace
that is full of life and sensuality and yet, at the same time, full
of innocence.
The embrace becomes a dance when music plays within us and tells the
dreams of our souls.
Alejandro Fasaninis music stems from the essence of the original
forms of Tango while exploring the innovations of Astor Piazzolla:
Un impulso tan íntimo que pretendemos ser Tango sin saber
que ya lo somos.
